Why Does MCCS Operate Outside Traditional Affiliate Networks?

You may notice we are not listed on ClickBank, Digistore24, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate or other such entities. This is a deliberate choice driven by our commitment to Intellectual Property (IP) protection, manual verification standards, and a "Provider Only" distribution model.

Traditional networks prioritize automation. We prioritize IP protection, community integrity, and partner quality. These priorities are incompatible with our model requirements:

• Password-Protected Access: We verify buyers before distributing access to prevent piracy (24-hour manual verification window per Section 1.2.A).
• No Refund Policy: All sales are final except in cases of proven fraud or critical delivery failure as defined in Sections 5.3 and 14.1 (per Affiliate Agreement).
• Zero Network Fees: By operating privately, you keep the full margin ($25.00 or $27.50) instead of losing 5–10% to network fees (and avoiding the 30% platform royalty cuts typical of Amazon, Kobo, Google Play Books, etc.).
• Manual Verification Standards: We verify Proton Mail addresses and MCCS affiliate account credentials before distributing the password-protected eBook guide.

Your Earnings Breakdown:

Because we eliminate network fees, your earnings are maximized. Here is exactly what you earn per sale:

*Note on PayPal/Stripe/Venmo: The price is adjusted to $58.46 to cover the standard processing fee. After the fee is deducted ($3.46), the Net Sale is $55.00, ensuring you receive exactly $27.50. In other words, with the 50% compensation base rate, — you earn approximately 50% of gross proceeds on qualifying sales: $25.00 on $50.00 transactions (exactly 50%), or $27.50 on $58.46 transactions (approximately 47% of gross, net 50% after processor fee deduction).

⚠ Payment Timing Note: Compensation approved during a calendar month will be paid out between the 29th and last day of the following month (Section 6(a)). Automated payouts (Bitcoin SegWit/Stripe Connect/Global Payouts Direct) execute only within this monthly window unless Administrator grants written override.

• Compensation-based reselling model: You earn 50% compensation on each guide sold through your unique referral identification. Earnings reflect your active effort in sharing this resource with interested buyers.
• Builds Community Advocates: Affiliates become invested in the product's success by helping others access valuable fundraising education while simultaneously promoting their own products to a supportive network.
• No Downstream Compensation: Compensations are earned only on your direct sales, not on sales made by others you refer.

Important Transparency:

• Your compensation earnings are your personal income – you decide how to use them (e.g., personal expenses, reinvestment, or donations to those in need). All compensation constitutes taxable income per Section 5.4 (Affiliate Agreement).
• The $1.00 appreciation credits come from external donors supporting your fundraising efforts (e.g., the prospects that will become affiliate members when they purchase the eBook guide through your unique referral ID); not from other affiliates that did not purchase the eBook guide through your unique referral ID.
• All earnings are reported for tax purposes (Form 1099-NEC for $600+ annually for U.S. affiliates; Form 1042-S may apply for foreign affiliates under certain conditions per Section 10).
• No guaranteed income – Compensation earnings and brand visibility vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and the number of eBook guides sold through your unique referral link.
• Our Affiliate Program Is A Direct-Referral Performance Structure:
  • Direct Referral Links Only: Affiliates earn compensation exclusively on sales generated through their unique referral links. No downstream income.
  • Baseline 50% Compensation: All members start with a 50% rate when a consumer clicks their link and completes a qualified purchase or action.
  • Performance Negotiation (Partner Classification Only):
    Every Partner Classification members may qualify to negotiate their DIRECT commission rate with MCCS based on proven sales volume and performance metrics. Current eligible range: 51-60%. This negotiation is WITH MCCS ONLY, not with other affiliates.
  • No Residual Income from Recruits: Affiliates receive no percentage or fees from sales generated by other affiliates they recruit into the program. This ensures compliance with industry standards.
  • No Multi-Level-Marketing Earnings: There is strictly no downstream affiliate compensation structure whatsoever. Payments are directly linked to the affiliate's own marketing output only.
  • Two Permission Classification Roles (Not Compensation Tiers): Customer Classification earns by way of Passive Shared Revenue at fixed rates (no active marketing tools). Whereas Partner Classification earnings are only by way of Active Marketing Commissions with performance benefits, affiliate tool access, and platform branding privileges.
• Critical Distinction Between Customer vs Partner:
  Customer Classification members may NOT DO THE FOLLOWING:
  1. Use Affiliate Tools Package for active marketing campaigns
  2. Display branding on Provider's eCommerce website or Mastodon Forum
  3. Negotiate special commission rate agreements with the Provider (MCCS) as stated in our affiliate agreement (Section 1.1.a Important Distinction). Why MCCS Doesn't Hold Your Funds — And Why That Matters:

If you run a campaign through GoFundMe or Spotfund, you may not realize that the platform holds your money before you ever see it. Here's how their model works versus ours:

How GoFundMe Holds Your Funds:

• Initial Holder: GoFundMe collects all donations from your donors through their payment partners and holds them centrally.
• Transfer Delay: The funds are held by GoFundMe for 2–5 business days before being transferred to you — the campaign organizer.
• Nonprofit Override: If your fundraiser is for a certified nonprofit, funds may be processed through PayPal Giving Fund or sent directly to the nonprofit — not to you.
• You have no control over when the money arrives, how it's processed, or whether the platform decides to pause or review your campaign mid-stream.

How Spotfund Holds Your Funds:

• Initial Holder: Spotfund collects and holds all donations in a secure, non-operating bank account controlled by the platform — not by you.
• Withdrawal Required: You must link your bank account via their dashboard and request a payout to access your own donations.
• Payout Timing: Once requested, funds are disbursed via direct deposit within 1–2 business days (advertised as "next business day").
• Nonprofits: For verified nonprofit campaigns, donations are sent to the nonprofit monthly — not on demand.

How MCCS Is Different — We Never Hold Your S.M.D. Credits:

Unlike GoFundMe and Spotfund for example in which they hold-on to your funds for a certain period of time, MCCS does not collect, hold, or intermediary-process the optional $1.00 appreciation credits from the Sponsored Member's Donation (S.M.D.) program. Here is the critical distinction:

• Direct Donor-to-Affiliate Transfer: The $1.00 appreciation credits are sent directly from the donor to the affiliate via peer-to-peer (P2P) payment platforms (e.g., Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Bitcoin, Zelle) or via physical mailing address for Brick & Mortar methods. MCCS never touches these funds.
• No Holding Period: There is no 2–5 business day delay. There is no withdrawal request. There is no dashboard approval. The funds go directly from donor to affiliate in real-time.
• No Platform Skim: GoFundMe and Spotfund deduct platform fees and processing fees from your donations before you receive them. With MCCS, the S.M.D. credits are $1.00 flat — the donor sends $1.00, the affiliate receives $1.00. No intermediary fees, no percentage taken.
• No Campaign Freeze Risk: GoFundMe and Spotfund reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or cancel your campaign at any time — holding your funds hostage during their review process. MCCS has no such power over S.M.D. credits because the funds never pass through our system.
• Full Financial Sovereignty: You receive your compensation earnings via your selected payout method (Bitcoin SegWit, Stripe Connect, Global Payouts Direct, PayPal/Venmo, Zelle, or USPS Money Order) and your S.M.D. credits directly from donors. MCCS is the facilitator — not the middleman.

But Here's the Bigger Problem — GoFundMe and Spotfund Don't Build Your Brand:

Beyond holding your money, traditional crowdfunding platforms fail affiliates and entrepreneurs in a more fundamental way: they do nothing to promote or brand your campaigns, your products, or your services. Here's what they don't offer:

• No Brand Hosting: GoFundMe and Spotfund give you a generic campaign page. They do not host your brand, your logo, your product catalog, or your business identity on their platform. • No Affiliate Tools or Marketing Assets: GoFundMe and Spotfund give you a blank page and a share button. They don't teach you how to market, how to identify niche donor markets, or how to build long-term fundraising pipelines. • No Compensation Model: On GoFundMe and Spotfund, you raise funds once per campaign and then start over. There is no ongoing compensation structure.
