A.1 There is one way to get the African Express VPC for Android (and soon for iPhone). Go to our website called www.morecreditcardservices.com/ by clicking on "Order Our App". There's no credit check and you will be able to load money (BTC or/both USD) to the app when you buy it, but the app will need to be activated and your identity verified in order to: a) download the app; b) add more money to the wallet as you debit your account.

A.2 Customers who place an order for the African Express VPC App has to send a minimum of $12.00 USD in a USPS Money Order or $12.00 in Bitcoins (BTC). Once we have received your payment, our African Express VPC App will be ready for download to your mobile device. Furthermore, customers must send their initial refill fee of $3.00 and the balance amount they would like on their African Express VPC Account Wallet simultaneously. So if a customer places an order for our African Express VPC App and wants a $100.00 balance on their African Express VPC Account Wallet, they must send us a total fee of $115.00.

A.3 Any International Country in good standing with United States Foreign Policy and Resident of the United States.

A.4 Your African Express VPC App is immediately available for download once your payment is completed and your identification has been verified.

A.5 Successful activation of the African Express VPC App you purchased from our website and verification of your identity for the purposes of security.

A.6 More Credit Card Services will activate it once your payment is completed and your identification has been verified.

A.7 There are a few key items needed to successfully activate the card. We must collect your first name and last name, a verifiable physical international or U.S. street address, date of birth, home phone number and e-mail address.

A.8 Yes. The African Express VPC Account Wallet is a safe and secure payment alternative. Your card cannot be lost or stolen because it is a virtual debit card installed on your mobile device with advanced security features. This account wallet holds both U.S Dollars (USD) and Bitcoin (BTC) at the same time. In addition, upon receipt by More Credit Card Services, of Hayward, California, your funds are insured up to the current limit of $250.000.00 on the USD Value side of your account wallet (Not Bitcoin). The African Express VPC App are issued by More Credit Card Services.

A.9 This is not possible because the African Express VPC Account Wallet was not designed be linked to PayPal Accounts directly because of the inconvenient expense of transfer fees.

A.10 In order to withdraw your USD Value on your account wallet, you must send an email request to More Credit Card Services at mailman@morecreditcardservices.com stating that "You want to cashout" and we will automatically withdraw your requested USD Value in the form of a certified check and mail it to your physical mailing address or we will directly send your funds to your PayPal Account by you providing your ProtonMail Address to us. Please Note: More Credit Card Services only accepts ProtonMail Accounts at our site, so make sure your registered ProtonMail Address with us matches with your PayPal Account. If you already registered for a PayPal Account and have a Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo Account associated with it, please update your email address with a ProtonMail Account. Please go to https://protonmail.com/signup to create an account.

A.11 If you do not establish getting an African Express VPC Account Wallet, you will not have access to the entire suite of African Express VPC online benefits, features and functionality. Valuable online features include access to the online account wallet where you may securely view your African Express VPC Account Wallet balance and transaction history, use of our online bill payment service and access to 10% cash-back rewards earned. As our slogan states "You can&t do business without it".

A.12 Yes because of lack of funds and inactivity on the USD Value side of your African Express VPC Account Wallet. While the intangible card does not have an expiration date printed on it, the account wallet does not expire. The Bitcoin Value side of your African Express VPC Account Wallet is not managed by us but via the Blockchain’s private key in which you are responsible for.

A.13 Due to lack of funds and inactivity on the USD Value side of your African Express VPC Account Wallet you will not receive a new app seeing that the download is effective and installed on your mobile device.

A.14 Your African Express VPC Account wallet can hold up to two currency values at the same time. The following currencies are Bitcoin (BTC) and U.S Dollars (USD). For more details on adding money, see question #2 on page #1.

A.15 On the USD Value side of your African Express VPC Account wallet, you can have a maximum balance of $250,000.00. The account holder can load up to $250,000.00 USD to African Express VPC Account wallet per day and spend up to $10,000.00 USD per day. Bitcoin Value side is unlimited.

A.16 With an African Express VPC Account wallet, you can make purchases for products and service at More Credit Card Services, Barbershops, Beauty Parlors, Cosmetics, Cleaners, Shoe-shop, etc........ Use it anyplace where the African Express VPC App is accepted.

A.17 Currently no. But In the future you will be able to withdraw your USD Value for cash at our African Express ATMs around the world (fees may apply). You can also use African Express VPC App to exchange your Bitcoin Value for cash at a Bitcoin ATM in your area (fees may apply). For more details on alternatives for withdrawing your USD Value for cash, see question #10 on page #2.

A.18 Yes, but currently on our website ONLY at www.morecreditcardservices.com. However, in the future we plan to develop our own API to expand our monetary network so our customers and affiliates can utilize them for the purposes of having another alternative for receiving payments on their business website.

A.19 Sometimes, transactions are declined or fail for reasons other than the unavailability of funds. For instance, if your contact information (name, mailing address, phone and email) you provided to the online merchant differs from the contact information More Credit Card Services have on file for you,the transaction could be declined. Please make sure we have your current address and that your African Express VPC App has been successfully activated.

A.20 There are a variety of ways to check your account wallet balance. The African Express VPC App will show the current balance of Bitcoin (BTC) and U.S Dollars (USD) when logged-in.

A.21 For more details, see question #16.

A.22 Subject to the specific terms of the transaction, both online and brick-and-mortar merchants are expected to credit returns back to your African Express VPC Account Wallet as they would any other transaction made using a Credit/Debit Card. For more information on this, see the section called "Returns and Refunds" for the African Express VPC App Agreement.

A.23 The fastest and easiest way to close your African Express VPC Account Wallet is to send an email request to More Credit Card Services at mailman@morecreditcardservices.com stating that "You want to cash-out and close your account wallet". For more details on alternatives for withdrawing your USD Value for cash, see question #10. If you want to withdraw your Bitcoin Value find a local Bitcoin ATM in your area and exchange for cash and then uninstall our App from your mobile device.

A.24 Manual Pairing: If no camera is present on your Mobile Device, this requires you to manually input your unique African Express VPC Wallet Identifier with private password and then click "CONTINUE". Once this is done, an Email Address Confirmation will be sent to your ProtonMail Account to verify your "Authorized Login Attempt". And last, a 5 digit "My Wallet Authentication Code" or sometimes called "2FA Code" is sent to your Mobile Phone via Short Message Service (SMS) to initiate the pairing process between your device and African Express VPC Account Wallet by creating a 4 digit PIN number.

Seamless Pairing: This allows you to automatically bypass manually inputting your unique African Express VPC Wallet Identifier with private password within App by logging into your African Express VPC Account Wallet via your PC or MAC at www.morecreditcardservices.com/wallet/#/login and navigate to "SETTINGS""General". Next, you will look for the title named "Mobile App Paring Code" and click on the blue button called "Show Pairing Codd". This will reveal your private pairing code in the form of a QR Code which you must scan with your Mobile Phone's camera to initiate the pairing process between your device and African Express VPC Account Wallet by creating a four digit PIN number.

A.25 Once you have logged into your private African Express VPC Account Wallet through the installed App and you happen to leave it inactive for approximately 1 minute, you will have to re-enter your four digit PIN number that you created. If you decide to logout of your App, you will receive a popup message stating "Are you sure you want to unpair your device?" If you elect to unpair it, you will have to start the pairing process all over again. From there, if you decided to click on the red button called "FORGET WALLET" , you will clear "ALL WALLET DATA" on your device.

A.26 If you forget your PIN, you must clear the app data and cache on your mobile device by going into "SETTINGS""APPS" and then find and select the African Express VPC App. From there you will clear all data and cache to clear the memory from the App. This will allow you to start the pairing process all over again to create a new PIN. For more details for creating your PIN, see question #25

A.27 This Virtual Prepaid Card is unlike any Major Credit Cards and Debit Cards where fees and interest are applied and there is no return on using such cards, along with the affiliation with your Major Bank or Credit Union respectively. However the advantage of our website procurement purchase portal only charges the cost, tax and shipping cost for the item you select. However, using our African Express VPC App will allow you to achieve 10% back per every $100.00 spent (USD or BTC) after a specific time frame.

A.28 If your mobile device is lost or stolen with your installed African Express VPC App, please send us an email at sercurity@morecreditcardservices.com and we will take the precautions to protect your USD Value side of your account wallet by halting any transactions on it. As for the Bitcoin Value side of your account wallet, this is protected as long as you don’t lose or give up your private key to somebody. Once again, More Credit Card Services is not responsible for holding your private keys on our servers so you must be responsible to protect the private key.

A.29 For the USD Value side of the African Express VPC Account Wallet, the businesses that use our payment system does not hold your money like other mainstream businesses that accept major credit cards such as Gas Stations, Hotels, and Car Rental Agencies do.

A.30 No. The African Express VPC App is not a credit card as such and does not offer any credit plans, payday advances, or other loans.

A.31 If you want to dispute a transaction, please send us an email message at the following address sercurity@morecreditcardservices.com and we will take the precautions to analyze any suspicious activity on the USD Value side of your account wallet. As for the Bitcoin Value side of your account wallet, this is protected as long as you don’t lose or give up your private key to somebody. Once again, More Credit Card Services is not responsible for holding your private keys on our servers so you must be responsible to protect the private key and not reveal them to anyone.

A.32 By using our African Express VPC App to purchase products and services on our website or anyplace where the African Express VPC App is accepted, it will allow you to achieve 10% cashback per every $100.00 spent after a specific time frame. If you send up to $100.00 (in whole or increments), you will get rewards back in the USD Value side of your account wallet. Likewise if you spend up to $100.00 (in whole or increments) in BTC equivalency, you will get rewards back into the Bitcoin Value side of your account wallet.

A.33 You can earn cash back rewards by purchasing products and services on our website or anyplace where the African Express VPC App is accepted. Furthermore, if you are a member of our amazing and exciting Affiliate Crowdfunding Program and you participate in the internet viral method along with the sponsors you refer into this program to raise capital, you will earn 10% cashback per every $100.00 spent (in whole or increments). For more details, see question #32.

A.34 The idea of Debit Card payments came about as a result of payday loans high interest rate cost and interest on Credit Cards being so high that it became plausible to use your own money. Most merchants do not realize that they are also paying additional percentage fees for being clients of VISA CARD, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD , DISCOVER CARD and PAYPAL, and other major third party gateway processors. These third party gateway fees overtime can cost merchants billions of dollars. Our company More Credit Card Services supports this non-payment of procurement gateway fees and high interest rates so that we can give you the best value for your dollar.
