If the physical product they ordered happens to malfunction within a certain period of time during the warranty, the end-user must go through them for honoring their warranties and not More Credit Card Services (MCCS).

More specifically, the end-user must go through the process of filling out a form called the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is sometimes referenced as Return Goods Authorization (RGA) or Return Authorization (RA) with our licensor to initiate returning the physical product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the item's warranty period. If the end-user wants to return a physical product they purchased on this website from one of our licensors for a refund, they must first go through an RMA, RA or RGA process with them and our licensors will notify us accordingly to refund the end-user.

Our Company Warranties & Return Policy:

When you purchase our products & services on this website, some items will have warranty and will be specified as such. Futhermore, all physical products we own and control will be drop shipped directly from More Credit Card Services (MCCS) to the end-user's registered and verified street address. If the physical product they ordered happens to malfunction within a certain period of time during the warranty, the end-user must go through us to honor our warranties.
